How did the idea for this one-of-a-kind costume sprout into being? Costume designer John Coulter explained, “After I sketch out my concepts, the fun begins! I find my materials everywhere. I can be on the beach or on a hike and find a stick that would be perfect for a headdress.” Mother Nature makes for a creative design assistant!
