Cheryl's
artistry enhances many of IE's shows, and is particularly evident in our
iL CiRCo production, with its distinctive look rooted in the classical
Commedia dell'arte style. Cheryl's award-winning costumes are on display
in the permanent collection of the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art.
She has also been honored with a commission to create costumes for the
Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. This fourth-generation San
Diego native incorporates her love of circus arts into her efforts to
give back to the community, as Artistic Director at the Fern Street Circus school
for aspiring young acrobats.
